Armenian Short Film Wins at Cannes Film Festival French-Armenian film director Serge Avedikian received Sunday the Palme d'Or for Short Film at the 63rd Festival de Cannes for his 15-minute film ‘Chiennes D’Historie’ (‘Barking Island’).
