HRAZDAN HOLDING

The main activities of “Hrazdan” Holding itself are provision of economic and managerial consultations for members of the Holding, choosing and assignment of personnel, development of financial policy, decision about necessary investments, attracting of foreign financial sources to the business. Today companies members of “Hrazdan” Holding carrying out down mentioned activities:

• Execution of Charity activity - “ASA” Charity Foundation, “Sergey Aghababyan” Foundation In 2001 mr.Aghababyan formed “ASA” Charity foundation. The foundation provides financial aid to the families of Karabakh conflict volunteers, and disable participants of Second World War. Supports Yerevan No 96 Kindergarten in Kilikia district, helps socially unprotected, but talented children with their education. Today foundation listed more than 250 persons, who mr. Aghababyan provides monthly financial support. “ASA” foundation created Y. Bakhshyan fund and provides his family financial help monthly. During this years foundation spent 302 388 546 ml for charity.

• Carrying out competitions on football and track and field athletics, and also other sports, concert and dramatized shows in the Stadium “Hrazdan

• Development of youth football as well, different competitions on football and trainings of football clubs- FC “Kilikia” - The main directions of activity of FC “Kilikia” are supporting to the further development of the football in Armenia and at the mean time assistance to the sport career of young talented footballers.

• Commercial activity - The organization of the biggest goods fair in Armenia, Shopping centre, “Shirak” supermarket.

•Organization of feeding ventures – “Blue Sky”, Cafe "Kilikia". Among employees of the Sport Complex “Hrazdan” and visitors of shopping center cafe "Kilikia" enjoys wide popularity.

•Mass media TV company “DAR 21” the only music television in Armenia.

• Entertaining activity – “Opera Club” is one of the oldest and most popular entertaining places in Armenia, where everybody can enjoy the performances of Armenian popular musicians and has a good time.

• Production and realization of mineral and spring water “Dilijan” – Dilijan Mineral Water Plant.
